By accessing or using the services of Familiars Creative Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking or engaging with us.

1. Services Offered

Familiars Creative Co. is a creative studio specialising in:

• Brand identity design

• Web design

• Custom illustration

• Packaging design

• White label creative services for studios, creatives and agencies

​

All services are outlined in individual proposals or packages. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur further fees.

​

2. Timelines & Deliverables

Estimated timelines are shared at the start of each project.

• Timeframes depend on timely feedback and communication from the client.

• Final deliverables are provided in high-resolution, web- and print-ready formats.

• Files will be accessible for 30 days after delivery. After this, file storage is not guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book your project.

• Full payment is required before final file delivery.

• Payment plans may be arranged by request.

• All transfer or processing fees are the responsibility of the client.

4. Revisions

Our process is intentional and strategy-driven, often resulting in one carefully developed concept.
Included in most projects:

• Up to five (5) minor revisions

• One (1) major revision

Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may be billed separately and could affect project timelines.

5. Project Pauses

If client feedback or required materials are delayed by more than 12 business days, the project may be paused. A reactivation fee will apply to resume work. Delays may also result in an updated timeline and/or added costs.

6. Ownership & Portfolio Use

• Final approved designs become your property once full payment has been made.

• Familiars Creative Co. retains the right to showcase completed work (excluding confidential white label projects) in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

• Research files, drafts, and unused concepts remain the property of Familiars Creative Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. White Label Projects

For white label collaborations:

• Familiars Creative Co. agrees to maintain discretion and uphold confidentiality regarding your client relationships.

• Any portfolio use must be pre-approved in writing.

• You are responsible for delivering the project to your client and managing their communication, unless agreed otherwise.

8. Project Termination

Either party may cancel a project with written notice.

• If terminated by the client, all completed work will be billed accordingly.

• Deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Confidentiality

Any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project will be treated with care and confidentiality. Neither party will disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.

10. Liability

Familiars Creative Co. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or the performance of the final work once handed over.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before use.

​

11. Project Completion

• Projects with no client response for 20+ days may be considered closed.

• Projects are expected to conclude within 40 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.

• Rush timelines may incur a surcharge and are subject to availability.

12. Changes to These Terms

Familiars Creative Co. may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current version.

By booking a project or working with Familiars Creative Co., you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
